Following the Hong Kong China Rugby Annual General Meeting, the HKCR Annual Report 2023 - 2024 is now available to download.

The AGM took place at Hong Kong Football Club on Thursday 29 August, and included the voting process to appoint positions to the Board of Directors as follows:

• HKCR Chairman Chris Brooke was elected for a further two-year term
• Richard Cooke and Ricky Cheuk will join the Board as Elected Directors with immediate effect, after being elected for two-year terms
• Kim Boreham will remain on the Board as an Elected Director, after being re-elected for a two-year term
• Robert Esser and Olly Stratton will leave their roles as Elected Directors, after serving on the Board for three years and two years respectively. Hong Kong China Rugby would like to thank both Robert and Olly for the commitment they have shown and for the significant contributions each made to the organisation
• Brett Free, Gill Meller and Josh Lewsey will all continue as Independent Directors, with their terms running until the next Annual General Meeting
