The Men's and Women's Premiership A leagues occur annually from October to March. These competitions represent the second highest level of domestic rugby in Hong Kong.
The men's teams are: DLA Piper Kowloon Rugby Club 2XV, HKU Sandy Bay Vikings, MND Hong Kong Scottish Nomads, Kroll USRC Tigers Titans, HKFC Natixis Dragons, Shenzhen Pirates, and Societe Generale Valley Knights.
The women's teams are: Causeway Sandy Bay 2, DLA Piper Kowloon Kowloon 2XV, Gai Wu Fawkes, Kroll USRC Tigers Women 2, HKFC Natixis Fire, Societe Generale Valley Red.
